Excellent old film clip, but is no good in French if you do not understand.

Um, Peter Sellers in the Pink Panther movies provides the best French to English translation guide, IMHO.

"I want to book a rheum".

"I'm here to fix your pheun".

"I arrest you in the name of the leu!"

Do not worry Rudi my friend, I can translate for you.

The commentator says they had to clear some protesters, the usual "long-haired malcontent Marxists and agitators" from the field before the Boks could start training. He goes on to say how quickly they ran away when they used the sambok, and a few live rounds.

Problem solved and the Boks went on to win the series. No problem.
