4th Test 1970 All Blacks in South Africa Add Video

Springbok Jan Ellis running with the ball in one hand and tries by Muller and for the All Blacks by Bryan Williams in the last test of the 1970 series at Ellispark. The clip also shows another great tackle by Springbok centre, Joggie Jansen.

The trade-mark Jan Ellis run with the ball in one hand, also used by Colin Meads.

"Don't try this at home, kids!". Ball in two hands, for better control, more likelihood of ball retention, it increases your options of running, passing, or kicking, and keeps the opposition in two minds...unless you are a genius like Ellis or Meads.
