All Blacks 1996 says...
A great left hand lead followed by a straight right from Pole Whiting. He must have acquired such skills playing for Ponsonby. No real harm done, and it sorted out the lineouts for the rest of the series.

Note how the referee looks on calmly while justice is being done, and it only takes 2-3 seconds. Those were the days!

Yip they did not like the JollyJumper because he took all their lineout ball. In the second test they broke his nose which brought Kevin de Klerk on the field with even worse results for the kiwis.
